The artwork will be available to bid on virtually from 12pm November 6th until 1pm November 22nd. Click here to register for the auction and view the artworks. Please note, artworks are gradually being uploaded and not all pieces are currently shown.
A launch event will be showcasing much of the art, enabling bidders to view the work in person.

Information for artists
- Create a piece of art in your style inspired by the phrase ‘Rare Beauty’. Ideally we need final artwork by beginning of October so we can confirm the gallery space.
- Why Rare Beauty? Children with CASK disorders are ultra-rare, with less than 500 cases globally. Children with a CASK mutation have an unusually beautiful face and demeanour.

Our global mascot. Dragonflies, with their fragility and beauty, reflect the lives of many of our CASK warriors. In addition, many of our children have a dragonfly-shaped cerebellum which aids in diagnosis of this otherwise often unheard of disease.

In the lead up to the event we’d like to build as much interest as possible and would therefore appreciate any support you can give us through your social media platforms. We will be able to confirm messaging and the correct hashtag nearer the time.
We would also be delighted if the creation of a piece was documented on video, to add additional interest to the promotion of the event and the art.
