CASK Research Foundation is een geregistreerde liefdadigheidsinstelling in Engeland en Wales (liefdadigheidsnummer nr. 1197434). We volgen de richtlijnen van de Commissie voor liefdadigheidsinstellingen en de Toezichthouder voor fondsenwerving's Gedragscode voor fondsenwerving.
